Rewards for Your Health

APS' Rewards for Your Health incentive program provides members with cash rewards, in the form of a debit card, for achieving specific health goals. Coming soon, members will be able to access the Rewards for Your Health Web site to check the balance on their card, as well as view where their funds have been spent.
