Oklahoma Health Care Authority Selects APS Healthcare to Administer Medical and Quality Review Services

APS Healthcare expands reach in Oklahoma with new contract

APS Healthcare, one of the country's leading specialty healthcare companies, today announced that it has been selected by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) to provide utilization management services for the state's 600,000 SoonerCare (Medicaid) members. This contract represents a significant expansion of APS' relationship with Oklahoma, where APS has been providing informatics consulting services since 2002.

The agreement took effect July 1, 2006, and will be administered out of APS' Oklahoma City service center.
